ThinkingSparks is the blog of Pepita E.A. Bos, founder of Sparkers. Sparkers operates in the Netherlands. The blog is in English in order to spark and develop thinking both for the writer of the blog and its readers all over the world.
Sparkers helps organizations making strategic choices and implementing them; positioning, fit, alignment, brand and morality, customer led thinking, customer value creation.
Pepita studied business administration, international management, strategic marketing management and is currently working on her master thesis of philosophy of management and organization. The topic being a philosophical evaluation of the concept of internal branding.
Not only does Pepita like to develop knowledge, she also likes to share it by part time teaching communication strategy, organizational culture and change management at The Hague University (www.hhs.nl).
